The slightly lighter than original blue paint appears to have been applied in recent years and shines up beautifully. Only the power door locks and cruise control are not functioning all of the time and the side exterior mirrors need to be adjusted manually.
The 5.9 Liter V8 is running as well as it ever did and the automatic transmission shifts through the gears effortlessly. With $8,000 of recent maintenance invoices you should expect nothing less. The undercarriage is in strong condition, a reflection of this Jeeps 25 years spent in the deep South. Yes, on top of all the other good news about this ’85, she is also a Southern vehicle.
