This handsome Spinnaker Blue Metallic ’87 Grand Wagoneer comes to us from one of the earthly heavens for Grand Wagoneers…. spending most of her life between the upscale & tony addresses of Vail and Breckenridge Colorado. Indeed, she has always been registered in Colorado so she was never exposed to road salt. Down to that fact, she wears a solid undercarriage and frame.Carfax & Auto Check both confirm the low 116,xxx miles are original (That’s just an average of 3,700 miles per year), along with no accidents ever being reported.
The exterior was just treated to a full professional color conversion into the extremely rare and beautiful Spinnaker Blue Metallic. Spinnaker Blue is about as rare and beautiful of an original factory color for a Jeep Grand Wagoneer you can find. Because of that, Grand Wagoneer by Classic Gentleman is one of the few places you will ever find a restored example. We source all our wood siding from Team Grand Wagoneer. The front grill frame is new, along with the flexible chrome like trim pieces. The wheels were professionally redone and are wrapped with new whitewall tires. The remaining exterior bits, including bumpers, center wheel caps and attached chrome pieces, whilst not new, reflect just normal aging and still present in nice condition.
The Tan interior looks perfect against the Spinnaker Blue outside wrapper. We installed new carpeting across the floors in both the cabin and cargo areas along with the sides of the cargo compartment. Just the carpeting on the back of the seats and attached to the lower door panes, where wear doesn’t occur, are original. The leather portion of the seats, have just been re-coated, along with the dashboard and steering wheel. Above it all, a new headliner has been installed. The the interior appointments are working including power seats, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control and a modern AM/FM/CD player. The air conditioning has also just been fully serviced and is working nicely.
Our mechanical & electrical sorting is likewise comprehensive. This classic ’87 has an upgraded from 2 barrel to a 4 barrel carburetor to improve performance. The 4 shift on the fly 4 wheel drive is standing by, and detailed list of mechanical and electrical works are available to interested parties.
